of dollars by supporting our decision to make an offer that was substantially
lower than list price but one that we could afford. No all agents and brokers
will do that for you. He listened carefully to both of our opinions and offered
honest advice when needed. He also knew instinctively when we needed
time to ourselves to make key decisions.
